This Sharpener uses a diamond-coated steel sharpening wheel to sharpen, realign, and prepare the blade for the second step. For many, this is as sharp as the blade would need to be to make a good cut.
The Pro Sharp Knife Sharpener offers a three-stage sharpening system with a simple single-handed pull-through operation. The first tungsten steel stage prepares the knife-edge, the second diamond-coated stage sharpens the edge, whilst the final ceramic stage hones in and perfects the blade.
