The Copper Core range features a unique five-layer construction, with a copper core that makes it induction-compatible. The copper ensures excellent heat conductivity, while the two layers of heat-responsive aluminium provide additional support and help to distribute heat evenly throughout the pan. The 18/10 stainless steel exterior adds durability and resistance to corrosion.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

The curved rims of the pan allow for easy, drip-free pouring, while the riveted handles provide a secure grip.
