For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our support team to receive the correct return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited automatically to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered the shipping process.
